The 2024 Government Work Report proposed: "Accelerate the development of cutting-edge emerging hydrogen energy, new materials, innovative drugs and other industries, and actively create new growth engines such as biomanufacturing, commercial aerospace, and low-altitude economy."

The words "low-altitude economy" appear in the government work report for the first time

At present, low-altitude economy has been widely used in the fields of scenic tours, urban security, medical rescue, emergency rescue, agriculture, forestry and plant protection, power inspection and other fields. It integrates and develops with more economic and social activities, constantly opens up new application scenarios and business models, and significantly improves the efficiency of economic and social activities and user experience.

As a representative of new productive forces, the low-altitude economy is an important choice for cultivating and developing new momentum, and is also an important strategic emerging industry direction for global competition. Some institutions estimate that the global low-altitude economy will reach a market size of hundreds of billions of dollars in 2022 and will maintain rapid growth.

Strive to seize new development opportunities

Today, travel is becoming more and more convenient. As the low-altitude economy continues to advance and the construction of general aviation infrastructure continues to improve, general aviation has gradually entered the public eye. Flying has become a popular travel method that combines convenience and experience. To get a helicopter Pilot license will definitely become a trend in the future!

When it comes to flying licenses, we need to have a clear concept. Just as car licenses are divided into A, B and C licenses, flying licenses are naturally also divided into categories!

According to the different scope of practice of the license, it is divided into: student pilot license, sports pilot license, private pilot license, commercial pilot license, multi-crew pilot license, and route pilot license.

The private pilot license is the most basic flying license for pilots, and it is also a license that many flying enthusiasts need to take. The holder can fly private aircraft as a captain without being employed.

Students learn to fly

Helicopters use Visual Flying Rules (VFR) when flying.

Visual flying relies on reading charts and finding ground landmarks to navigate, so you cannot fly when the visibility is too low or the clouds are too low.

And you also need to visually avoid traffic at low altitudes! Before turning, be sure to check to see if there are other obstacles nearby to avoid collision.

The duration of the entire flight training is about three to four months, depending on the student's acceptance ability and some unknown factors.

Apply for a pilot license

After completing the theoretical training, passing the theoretical examination and flight training, and passing the practical examination, the training institution can apply for a license from the local Civil Aviation Administration of China.

The Civil Aviation Administration of China has seven regional administration offices, with offices located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, Xi'an and Urumqi. Friends who apply for a private pilot license can apply for it nearby.

After approval, the regional administration will issue a temporary civil aircraft pilot license and submit the materials to the Civil Aviation Administration. After approval, the Civil Aviation Administration will issue a formal civil aircraft private pilot license.
